Membership policy

1. Purpose

This Membership Policy governs participation in the Blend community. By accepting membership, you agree to comply with this policy, the Code of Conduct, the Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with Blend’s Code of Conduct, which defines the standards of behaviour and respect expected of all members and participants.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to senior leaders who meet Blend’s professional criteria. Blend reserves the right to verify employment and seniority and to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
Membership is by invitation or application and reserved for senior leaders, typically at the level of SVP / C-suite / VP / Director / Manager / or equivalent. Applicants are assessed on role, experience, and mindset.

3. Application and approval

Applicants must complete Blend’s membership application and provide accurate information regarding their current role and professional background. False or misleading information may result in termination of membership.

Blend may request verification of information or conduct an introductory conversation as part of the selection process.

4. Membership term and renewal

Membership commences upon payment confirmation and acceptance by Blend. Terms are annual, automatically renewing unless notice is given in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal.

Members will receive a renewal reminder at least 30 days before renewal.

5. Fees and payments

Membership fees are set according to Blend’s current pricing schedule and may vary by tier or geography. All payments must be made in advance by approved methods. Fees are [non-refundable / subject to pro-rated refund during trial — specify].

All fees are payable in USD (or local currency as stated). Taxes may apply based on jurisdiction.

6. Member obligations

Members agree to:

  • Participate actively and authentically in the community.
  • Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect and inclusion, in line with Blend’s Code of Conduct.
  • Uphold confidentiality of all discussions and shared materials, whether in person or online.
  • Refrain from commercial solicitation, recruitment, or promotional activity within Blend spaces (digital or physical) without written consent.
  • Abide by all local laws, event rules, and Blend policies when attending or contributing to Blend experiences.
7. Confidentiality

All Blend spaces – including the app, events, courses, and private communications -operate under the Chatham House Rule. Information shared by members is confidential and may not be recorded, quoted, or used externally without written consent.

Blend may record or photograph events and experiences for community, marketing, and promotional purposes, in line with its Privacy Policy. Members may opt out by contacting info@joinblend.com.

8. Suspension and termination

Blend may suspend or terminate membership if a member:

  • Breaches this policy or the Code of Conduct;
  • Engages in conduct that damages Blend’s reputation or the member experience;
  • Provides false information in their application; or
  • Fails to pay fees.

Termination decisions are at Blend’s discretion. Members may appeal within 14 days of notification.

Blend aims to address any concerns fairly. In most cases, members will be informed and given an opportunity to respond before suspension or termination decisions are finalised.

Decisions involving harassment, discrimination, or safety issues may result in immediate termination to protect the community.

9. Data and privacy

Personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with Blend’s Privacy Policy. Members consent to the use of their information for community administration, communications, and analytics.

Blend may process member images, participation data, and communications as part of community operations, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

Blend shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the community. Total liability is limited to the membership fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Amendments

Blend may amend this Policy with at least 14 days’ notice. Material changes will be communicated directly to members.

12. Governing law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Accessibility

Blend strives to make all experiences inclusive and accessible. Members who require accommodations are encouraged to contact Blend in advance of any event.

14. Force majeure

Blend is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, government restrictions, or acts of nature.

15. Reporting concerns

Members may report concerns, Code of Conduct violations, or disputes to info@joinblend.com. Blend will review all reports confidentially and in line with its internal grievance process.
