At Blend, we exist to help leaders see the world through different perspectives – to learn from each other, to challenge ideas constructively, and to lead with empathy, curiosity, and integrity.
This Code of Conduct exists to protect that culture. It applies to all participation in Blend activities, whether online or in person – including events, dinners, courses, the Blend app, and any communication between members or guests under the Blend name.
By joining Blend, you agree to uphold this Code and to help us maintain a community defined by respect, openness, and trust.
Participate actively and authentically
Blend works when you do. Contribute to discussions, share your experience, and engage thoughtfully. Every voice adds value when offered in good faith.
Help others when you can
The Blend community thrives on reciprocity. Offer introductions, advice, and encouragement where possible. Respond when others reach out — even if you can’t assist directly.
Be curious, not combative
We believe in healthy disagreement and challenge – but always with respect. Listen first, question ideas (not people), and aim to expand understanding rather than win an argument.
Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination
Blend is a space for leaders from every background. Any behavior that demeans, excludes, or intimidates others – including on the basis of gender, identity, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other status – will not be tolerated.
This includes:
Respect privacy and confidentiality
Blend conversations are designed to be open, honest, and private.
You must not share or use information learned about another member – whether in person, at an event, or through the Blend platform – outside the context it was shared, unless that member gives explicit consent.
Confidentiality builds trust. Protect it.
Accessibility and accommodation
Blend aims to make all experiences accessible. If you require specific accommodations to participate fully, please contact info@joinblend.com in advance.
Be mindful of your environment
Look out for your peers. If you see someone in distress or behaving inappropriately, notify Blend staff or event organizers immediately – even if it feels minor.
Blend serves alcohol at some events; we expect responsible consumption. Unsafe, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the event.
Stay within the law
All contributions and actions within Blend must comply with applicable laws and our Membership Terms. Illegal activity, misrepresentation, or misuse of Blend’s name or brand is prohibited.
Your contributions
Member interactions and content (in discussions, posts, or events) must not:
Blend exists for leadership learning and connection – not selling or solicitation. Members must not use Blend spaces, directories, or communications for recruitment, investment solicitation, or business development without written approval. Genuine peer-to-peer advice and introductions are encouraged; transactional activity is not.
Photography and videography
Blend may record or photograph events to capture community moments and learning. Participation implies consent unless you notify a Blend team member in advance or via content@joinblend.com. These materials are used respectfully and in line with our Privacy Policy.
Violations will not be tolerated.
If a member or participant breaches this Code, Blend may take any action deemed appropriate – including removal from an event, suspension, or permanent termination of membership – without refund of any fees.
Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and with respect, but the safety and integrity of the community come first.
Blend’s membership committee and leadership team review any serious breaches. In most cases, members will be informed and given an opportunity to respond before a final decision.
Please report any concerns as soon as possible by emailing info@joinblend.com or speaking directly with a Blend team member at an event.
All reports will be handled sensitively and confidentially. Where appropriate, Blend will offer support and take action to ensure the wellbeing of all involved.
Blend will acknowledge every report, investigate promptly, and communicate next steps where possible, while maintaining confidentiality for all parties.
If you believe you have been falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code, you may contact info@joinblend.com with a clear explanation of your grievance. Blend will review all concerns in accordance with our community guidelines and membership policies.
If a concern is upheld and membership is terminated, reinstatement requests will only be considered after 12 months and must demonstrate corrective action.

This Code applies to all members, guests, speakers, facilitators, and partners participating in Blend experiences, both in-person and online.
This Code works alongside Blend’s Membership Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. By accepting membership, you agree to comply with all.
Blend reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
