We’re looking for a passionate and well-organized Marketing Executive to join our team.
This is a varied and hands-on role, covering the full mix of marketing. You’ll work closely with our sales and membership teams to create campaigns, content, and experiences that grow Blend’s brand, attract new members, and support our events.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign planning & execution: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Content creation: Write and edit copy for newsletters, ads, social media, and event promotions. Manage and update website content via CMS platforms.
- Digital marketing: Schedule and publish content across social, email, and website platforms. Ensure channels are consistent, engaging, and on brand.
- Market research & analysis: Monitor trends, audiences, and competitors. Track campaign data to evaluate performance and improve future activity.
- Event promotion: Organize, market, and support Blend events to increase awareness and attendance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, membership, and leadership to align marketing with wider business goals.
- Reporting & process: Compile campaign reports and contribute to building out scalable marketing processes and data sets.
Key skills and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ year of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (HubSpot, social platforms, CMS, web analytics).
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and confident, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
