Our Community Guides lead local community hubs that create trusted, confidential spaces for senior executives to address challenges, share perspectives, and accelerate their leadership growth. Through a mix of virtual and in-person sessions, Guides foster deep connections that make Blend’s community unique.
As a Guide, you’ll bring your expertise in coaching and facilitation to help leaders turn individual challenges into collective learning. You’ll also join a network of peer Guides, gain access to Blend’s resources and programming, and play an active role in shaping the future of leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate small groups of senior executives, creating safe and inclusive spaces for meaningful conversations.
- Identify themes and challenges raised by individuals and guide the group toward universal insights.
- Organize and deliver a mix of virtual and in-person sessions with Blend members.
- Build and grow local chapter participation by inviting and engaging senior leaders.
- Collaborate with Blend and other Guides to share best practices and continuously improve the member experience.
- Represent Blend within your local leadership community.
Key skills and qualifications
- Based in London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, Boston or Chicago.
- Executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development experience.
- Proven track record of working with senior executives (VP, SVP, and C-suite).
- Skilled at recruiting and engaging leaders in group settings.
- Ability to facilitate inclusive, confidential, and equitable discussions both virtually and in person.
- Comfortable using Zoom and other digital platforms.
- Availability to guide at least 4 groups over time (approx. 8–10 hours per week).
- Growth mindset and commitment to personal and professional development.
