Our Membership Ambassadors play a pivotal role in growing the Blend community by engaging directly with senior executives, building relationships, and welcoming new members. This is a sales-driven role with a focus on outreach, relationship-building, and helping leaders understand the value of Blend membership. 

As a Membership Ambassador, you’ll represent Blend at events and through direct outreach, engaging with executives across industries and geographies. You’ll generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert interest into committed membership – expanding the reach and impact of our community. 

Key responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through a mix of outbound outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships. 
  • Engage with senior executives (VP, SVP, and C-suite) to communicate the value of Blend membership. 
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing. 
  • Build long-term relationships with members to ensure a strong, engaged community. 
  • Represent Blend at in-person and virtual events, fostering connections with prospective members. 
  • Collaborate with the wider Blend team to align outreach with marketing, events, and member engagement initiatives. 
  • Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance. 
Key skills and qualifications
  • Based in New York, London, Toronto, San Francisco, Boston or Chicago. 
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in technology, executive engagement, or leadership development. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect confidently with senior executives. 
  • Skilled in negotiation and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Experience in lead generation and pipeline management across multiple channels. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded. 
  • Growth mindset with a passion for building meaningful relationships.
